In Zimbabwe, we are getting ready to build schools for girls and boys in communities where access to quality education has long been out of reach. But we are not stopping at the classroom.

Paired with vocational training and sustainable agriculture, we create a complete pathway, from foundational learning to practical skills, food security, meaningful employment, and genuine economic independence for local people.

Sustainable agriculture sits at the heart of this. We are equipping young people and their families with the knowledge and tools to work the land with purpose, regenerative practices, climate-resilient crops, and techniques that feed communities today while protecting the soil for generations to come. When a community can feed itself, everything else becomes possible.

The impact compounds. Educated children become skilled farmers, tradespeople, and earners. Earners invest back into their communities. Food security creates stability. Stability creates growth and the model travels.

What we are building in Zambia is designed as a blueprint. A replicable framework that can be deployed across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond, adapting to local context while holding to the same core principles: access, skills, sustainable land use, opportunity, and dignity.

This is not charity. This is one of the most powerful investment theses of our time, measurable impact, scalable model, and communities that are ready and waiting.

If you are an investor or strategic partner who wants to be part of something that generates both returns and lasting change, I would love to connect.

I serve on the advisory board of Lucy Gwatidzo Foundation Schools, leading investment relationships and strategic partnerships for this initiative.
